How to reach Taco

Important Information about our emails and phone contacts.

At Taco, we believe that even the smallest changes - when made with care - can lead to smoother connections, stronger relationships, and better days at work.

So here’s a small update we wanted to share with you:


On April 17th, we’re switching to a new service for our phone lines. You won’t need to do anything, but here’s what to expect on the day:

  • NZ number will switch over at 8am NZ time
  • AU numbers will switch over at 8am Sydney time

We’ll have a temporary workflow in place during the transition to make sure calls still reach us.

If you have any trouble getting through on our usual numbers, here’s a backup:

📞 Urgent Need on 17th? Call us on our temporary number +61 2 7228 3910 (don't save this one! It won't be permanent!)

Our regular contact numbers remain the same prior to, and after the change over. Our two primary phone numbers are AU +61 2 8188 7545 and NZ +64 9 887 6999

Sometimes, it’s quicker and easier to drop us an email. To make sure your message lands in the right inbox and gets the fastest response, here’s a quick guide:

Our team is working hard to collaborate in our shared email spaces to improve our response times. Over the next two weeks we are making changes to how we triage, handle and respond to requests. We ask that you only send to a SINGLE Taco email address above. If you're uncertain where to send - then use sales@taco-tech.com

Security Advisory Notice: Please be mindful about REPLYING and changing topics, adding end customers, or sending us information that might not be related. Just create a NEW request. We know it's sometimes easier to just reply to the last email you had from us, but that may CC people on a ticket, that you don't want to be there! 

Again - if you're in a hurry and not sure where to send something, or you need to forward Taco something in a hurry - send to sales@taco-tech.com - our team will get it to the right place! 

This small switch is part of a bigger journey: to always be easier to work with, quicker to respond, and more present when you need us.
