Easy Printing for Education
Make printing simple for students and staff, wherever learning happens. Connect your print services with existing systems, enable secure access from any device, and free up IT teams to focus on supporting education — not troubleshooting printers.
Built for campuses and classrooms
Welcome any device, keep documents secure, and cut IT workload.
BYOD Printing
Previously, students faced hurdles when printing from personal devices at the university. Now, PaperCut Mobility Print simplifies self-serve setup, removing obstacles for connecting to campus printers. No more server accessibility problems or needless driver downloads!
Simplicity & Security
Ensuring data security is a top priority for universities. PaperCut MF enables document encryption and secure print release, providing peace of mind for the IT department. It also aids in cost reduction and sustainability. With features like Print Deploy, it simplifies print queue setup for staff.
User Management
Cilantro integrates payment gateways with PaperCut MF for universities, simplifying account top-ups for students. They can access their accounts via a web portal or kiosk, reducing the need for staff assistance and lowering support calls, reducing IT workload for staff.
Interconnected campus systems
Universities function better with interconnected systems. We foster this with Cilantro, linking PaperCut wallets to Payment Gateways (like Xetta, PayPal, BPOINT and Payrika) for streamlined fund management. This allows large groups of students and staff to access diverse facilities from one shared account.
Reseller partners and integrators, welcome
We've teamed up with our reseller partners to create tailored integrations for PaperCut MF, optimising its benefits for universities. Our Dev team has linked Cilantro with major University Payment Gateways, like Xetta, PayPal, BPOINT and Payrika by Taco. This simplifies tracking for administrators and eases account top-ups for students and parents. We're always ready to work with you to build new integrations for universities.
