Are you curious about a recent charge that has appeared in your account? If you’ve received a charge from one of the following, it's most likely because you’ve used our payment gateway to add credit to your student printing card or digital wallet.

  • MWA Channel Connect Melbourne (Part of Taco Technologies’ backend system)
  • Cilantro TT (Taco Technologies’ proprietary connector)

If you have any questions or believe you may have been charged in error, please refer to your educational institution’s refund policy. Refunds and payment issues can most quickly be resolved by talking to your education provider’s finance team.

Please DO NOT request a refund via your bank.
