Does Cilantro enforce a maximum balance accumulation limit in PaperCut MF?
No. Cilantro does not enforce any maximum balance accumulation limit in PaperCut MF. The concept of a “maximum balance” only applies to quotas. When a maximum balance is set, it simply stops recurring quotas from being applied once the limit is reached. All other transactions—such as charges or credits—are applied manually using Adjustments and Charges at the individual user level and are not affected by quota limits. Quotas are applied at a user group level.
